REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your return is rejected due to the item not meeting our return criteria (such as being opened or used), we will notify you, and you may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.

Exchange Process

  • If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you exchange your product for a similar item of the same value, or we can issue a store credit if that’s your preference.

How to Return

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. The return shipping cost may be covered by lapotis.xyz if the item is defective or damaged.

Exemptions

  • Used or opened items (except those defective upon arrival) cannot be returned.
  • Any sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
